Len Drebit oversees financial strategy, planning, and operations to support long-term value creation. He has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business leadership. Len brings a wealth of expertise across industries such as energy, construction, distribution, and manufacturing.

In addition to his financial leadership, Len oversees recruiting efforts at Alpine, playing a key role in shaping the company’s talent strategy.

Before joining Alpine, Len held senior roles in large private groups of companies, providing him with a broad and insightful perspective that enhances Alpine’s financial and operational strategies. His leadership has driven key initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, contract negotiations, process improvement and recruiting.

Len is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction in Managerial and Financial Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.

Outside of work Len enjoys all sports, hiking, skiing, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
