Since inception Alpine has achieved 16 Million in Cost Savings for clients.  Alpine’s involvement working shoulder to shoulder across multiple business units throughout the entire supply chain process has been the key to affecting continuous positive change.  Through developing strong relationships with internal and external partners, re-evaluating process, and analyzing data, Alpine has been able to identify several cost savings. These savings have concentrated on accurate forecasting and communication, streamlining processes, knowledgeable negotiations, and ensuring accurate data and approvals to eliminate errors.  

Alpine has taken a narrow view to true client “Cost Savings” which are above and beyond savings realized through Cost Recoveries and Cost Avoidance.  Cost recoveries equaling 22 Million are represented by end of life asset retirement and surplus sales for project abandonment. Cost avoidance equaling 42 Million are costs avoided through product reutilization.
